Ruby Red Shoes:
Ruby Red Shoes is a White Hare who lives in a prettily painted Gypsy Caravan with her Russian Grandmother. Ruby is gentle, compassionate and cares for all living things. She loves plants and trees, animals and people.
When Ruby was young, her Grandmother taught her to treat other peoples and her own feelings with great care. “Feelings are just like delicate birds eggs” she would say, “be as gentle as you can with them”.
Ruby learnt how to talk with animals, plants and trees and to respect their very own important place on this earth.

Saffy:
Hello dear friends. My name is Saffy, short for Saffron. I am the spotted dog you can see here. Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
I am 102 cm from nose to tail. I’ve been told I have lovely eyes, they are the colour of hazelnuts. It looks like I’m wearing eyeliner ... of course I’m not, it’s natural! One of my distinguishing features is my very large ears ... like wings.
Some of my favourite times are spent with my friends. There’s Bessie, Jasper, Milton, Flash and Sam to name but a few. We enjoy surfing, lifesaving, digging in sandy places, and road trips to new and interesting locations. I am also very fond of swimming, whether in the ocean or a puddle, and chasing moths and beetles in the evening. My dream is to round up sheep.
